I have been doing a lot of Photography this weekend with my husband went on a Photo Tour and did some Nature photography. This last week I was writing some Haiku poetry which I really enjoy. Visited the Ceramic Paint Studio last weekend. I stay pretty busy.

If you haven't seen in my other blog posts I have been inspired by Owls. I have attempted to draw a few.

This week I have just started to try some Rock Painting. I seen this online and it looks really cute.

I am still continuing with "icad - Index Card a Day" challenge. I have done all the prompts/themes for each day. Only Star Wars did I do another type of Card. (which you are allowed to do). I just wasn't loving it. You should just remain creative everyday mainly. These are two from the last few day. This challenge I feel has made improvements in my abilities.

I have been doing the "icad- Index Card a Day" each day since it started. I  have been writing some poetry this week and started a new poetry blog from this one. In hopes to keep things more organized.  Below are photo and about what is going on there. :)

The work desk as it is now. : )
I use a piece of paper as a mat. I doodle, make notes, and use it to test
watercolors color before putting on the artwork.
I drink coffee and tea at my desk. You can see that. ; )
My Compose is there too a tool for measure and proportions.
I got new Water-soluble wax pastels. I like them. 

A sketch I drew while having coffee this morning.
The mandela is for the green prompt
for the index card a day - icad.
The pencil case shows my watercolor pencil and  new x-acto knife
 (the scissors are good but not good enough sometimes).
I use reading glasses for detailed work. 

Sketch I did last night. Inspired by a cloud formation i seen this last week.
I posed my wooden art  mannequin in the same position I remembered seeing.
Added wings and added my own details.

Inspire Me Monday

I have been writing some Haiku Poetry (5-7-5 syllables) and putting some of them with my photography and artwork. Which is a new inspiration to go along with my usual photography, drawing and painting. I have Summer break from my German learning class for the next 6 weeks. I will continue to learn over the Summer and have more time for travel and being creative.

This week I am inspired to finish painting a sketch a sketch I drew. I am almost finished.

I decided to draw this again and use watercolor
 on stronger paper. I am almost finished.

Outdoor Craft Mall

I am already inspired by the "Outdoor Craft Mall" I visited yesterday in Mönchengladbach Germany. I love religious icons. 

 A girl I had bought jewelry from before 

brought this one from Bulgaria for me. 

I wanted this for awhile. : )

I have been keeping up with it each day. Followed the Prompts and I am happy to say it has improved my art, inspired me to try new techniques and use new tools and mediums.
It's not expensive paper so it's a good test drive for trying something new.

with collage very soon.  I did Knit a cover
for my other pen holder. Recycling at it´s best.

Inspire Me Monday 

I have been drawing "Characters". They have their own looks and expressions as real people do. It is fun to create them. I have thought as many people who draw have thought about making a childrens book or comic type art. This week (as always) I am inspired to develop new Characters. I am sharing a few I have made in this last few months.

Inspire Me Monday

This week I have been inspired by Flowers. I have been out enjoying nice days and captured some nice Photographs of Flowers. And I have started using the Fountain Pen and Ink and created some Flower Artwork with Watercolors. I enjoy this medium and will practice and use it more. 

I have start my German Language Class is inspires me to learn more words. 

I am always doing that which I cannot do,
